We at The Jacket Hawk want the process from our workshop to your closet to be as easy and stress-free as we can. It's easy to understand how we get your stuff to your front door.

1. Where We Ship & What It Costs

We are proud to serve style-conscious shoppers across the globe.

• 100% Free Shipping Countries: We offer completely free shipping with zero extra fees to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia.
• Rest of the World: For all other countries, we keep things simple and fair with a $15 USD flat rate per order.

2. Order Processing (Behind-the-Scenes)

When you click buy we don’t just throw your jacket in a package. We handle it:

• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order after you have placed it.
• Processing Time: Our staff will prepare your items and do a comprehensive quality check before packing them securely and shipping them within 1 to 3 business days.
• Note: Processing may take a little longer during major holidays or peak sales times.

3. Delivery Schedule

We move quickly to get your order packed and out the door:

• The 5:00 PM Cut-Off: If you order before 5:00 PM, we start working on it the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move to the next business day.
• Crafting & Processing: It takes our master team 2–3 business days to inspect, quality-check, and securely pack your jacket.
• On the Road (Transit): Once shipped, it spends 3–5 business days in transit.
• The Grand Arrival: All in all, your package will land on your doorstep within 5–8 business days.

Note: Our team works hard Monday through Friday. We take a breather on Saturday Sundays and public holidays.

4. Real-Time Tracking

We’ll email you a tracking number within 24 hours of your package’s departure from our facility so you can follow its progress in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Every country has its own set of import rules. Please keep in mind:

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Your government sets these charges, so we have no control over them, and they are not included in our prices.
• We cannot be held responsible for packages delayed by local customs processing checks.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Let’s be honest sometimes a jacket arrives and it just doesn’t fit your style, or maybe a tiny rip slipped past our team. Oh no! Don’t worry at all. At The Jacket Hawk, we are ready to fix it as fast as lightning. Here is the super-easy guide to getting your issue sorted out.

1. The Rules for a Return

• Wow, 30 Days! You have a full 30-day countdown starting from the exact day your package lands at your door to tell us something is wrong.
• When can you return it? We accept items back if the jacket is broken from shipping, has a factory mistake, or if we sent you the wrong item by accident. However, the jacket must be completely clean, unworn, and sitting inside its original box with all the tags still attached.
• Quick tip: Our team will ask you to snap a fast photo or video of the problem so we can check it and approve your return.

2. What You Cannot Return

• Custom Jackets: Since custom-made jackets are built just for your unique size, they cannot be returned or refunded. But wait! If your custom jacket arrives damaged or broken, we will absolutely fix it for you.
• Used Gear: If a jacket has clearly been worn out to school or with friends, is missing its tags, or looks dirty, we cannot take it back.

Once you send us a message, you can sit back and relax while our team tells you exactly what to do next.

4. Order Cancellations

Because we start prepping packages very fast, cancellation requests have strict windows:

• Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of buying for a full 100% refund.
• After 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 2–3 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Cancel requested after 3 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• After Shipping: Once the package leaves our building, the order cannot be canceled.
  

5. Money Back or a New Jacket?

• Fast Refunds: The moment your package arrives at our warehouse and gets approved, we will send your money back within 7 business days. It will go right back to the card or bank account used to buy it.
• Fresh Swaps: On the other hand, if you want to trade it for a brand-new jacket instead of getting your money back, tell us! We will start prepping your new item right away.
• Size Mistakes: If the jacket is just too big or too small, you can absolutely ask for a swap or a refund, as long as it is still in brand-new condition.

6. Who Pays for Shipping?

• If it’s our mistake: If you are sending it back because it arrived broken or we sent the wrong order, yikes! That is 100% our fault. We will pay for the return shipping costs.
• If it’s a change of mind: However, if you are returning it to swap sizes or because you changed your mind, you will have to pay the shipping cost to send it back. You may also need to pay the shipping fee to have the new size mailed to your house.

7. Where We Can Ship

Please keep in mind that due to strict mail and shipping rules, we cannot send orders to a few specific regions around the world. Aha! If you live in one of these blocked areas, our website checkout will not work.

Return Locations

We accept returns through our return facilities in Pakistan, the USA, the UK, and the Netherlands. Customers must return their order to the same country from which the parcel was originally shipped. Our support team will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions before the item is sent back.

Customer Returns, Exchanges & Return Shipping

If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment from their country.

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it. If the item complies with our return policy and is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging (where applicable), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If a customer wishes to exchange the received item for a different product, any price difference, additional shipping charges, customs duties (if applicable), or other related costs will be the customer's responsibility. The final exchange cost will depend on the product selected.
