Let’s be honest sometimes a jacket arrives and it just doesn’t fit your style, or maybe a tiny rip slipped past our team. Oh no! Don’t worry at all. At The Jacket Hawk, we are ready to fix it as fast as lightning. Here is the super-easy guide to getting your issue sorted out.
1. The Rules for a Return

Wow, 30 Days! You have a full 30-day countdown starting from the exact day your package lands at your door to tell us something is wrong.

When can you return it? We accept items back if the jacket is broken from shipping, has a factory mistake, or if we sent you the wrong item by accident. However, the jacket must be completely clean, unworn, and sitting inside its original box with all the tags still attached.

Quick tip: Our team will ask you to snap a fast photo or video of the problem so we can check it and approve your return.
2. What You Cannot Return

Custom Jackets: Since custom-made jackets are built just for your unique size, they cannot be returned or refunded. But wait! If your custom jacket arrives damaged or broken, we will absolutely fix it for you.

Used Gear: If a jacket has clearly been worn out to school or with friends, is missing its tags, or looks dirty, we cannot take it back.

4. Order Cancellations
Because we start prepping packages very fast, cancellation requests have strict windows:

Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of buying for a full 100% refund.

After 24 Hours: If you return your product within 2–3 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returns requested after 3 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

After Shipping: Once the package leaves our building, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Money Back or a New Jacket?

Fast Refunds: The moment your package arrives at our warehouse and gets approved, we will send your money back within 7 business days. It will go right back to the card or bank account used to buy it.

Fresh Swaps: On the other hand, if you want to trade it for a brand-new jacket instead of getting your money back, tell us! We will start prepping your new item right away.

Size Mistakes: If the jacket is just too big or too small, you can absolutely ask for a swap or a refund, as long as it is still in brand-new condition.
6. Who Pays for Shipping?

If it’s our mistake: If you are sending it back because it arrived broken or we sent the wrong order, yikes! That is 100% our fault. We will pay for the return shipping costs.

If it’s a change of mind: However, if you are returning it to swap sizes or because you changed your mind, you will have to pay the shipping cost to send it back. You may also need to pay the shipping fee to have the new size mailed to your house.
7. Where We Can Ship
Please keep in mind that due to strict mail and shipping rules, we cannot send orders to a few specific regions around the world. Aha! If you live in one of these blocked areas, our website checkout will not work.
