We at The Jacket Hawk want the process from our workshop to your closet to be as easy and stress-free as we can. It's easy to understand how we get your stuff to your front door.

1. Where We Ship & What It Costs

We are proud to serve style-conscious shoppers across the globe.

  • 100% Free Shipping Countries: We offer completely free shipping with zero extra fees to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia.

  • Rest of the World: For all other countries, we keep things simple and fair with a $15 USD flat rate per order. The price stays the same no matter how many items you buy.

2. Order Processing (Behind-the-Scenes)

When you click buy we don’t just throw your jacket in a package. We handle it:

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order after you have placed it.

  • Processing Time: Our staff will prepare your items and do a comprehensive quality check before packing them securely and shipping them within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Note: Processing may take a little longer during major holidays or peak sales times.

3. Delivery Schedule

We move quickly to get your order packed and out the door:

  • The 5:00 PM Cut-Off: If you order before 5:00 PM, we start working on it the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move to the next business day.

  • Crafting & Processing: It takes our master team 2–3 business days to inspect, quality-check, and securely pack your jacket.

  • On the Road (Transit): Once shipped, it spends 3–5 business days in transit.

  • The Grand Arrival: All in all, your package will land on your doorstep within 5–8 business days.

Note: Our team works hard Monday through Friday. We take a breather on Saturday Sundays and public holidays.

4. Real-Time Tracking

We’ll email you a tracking number within 24 hours of your package’s departure from our facility so you can follow its progress in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Every country has its own set of import rules. Please keep in mind:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Your government sets these charges, so we have no control over them, and they are not included in our prices.

  • We cannot be held responsible for packages delayed by local customs processing checks.

6. Keeping Things Accurate (Your Part!)

To make sure your jacket doesn’t get lost, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Make sure your full name, complete address, zip code, phone number, and email are 100% correct. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by a wrong address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee to have it resent.
