However, actual product colors and appearance may differ slightly from images displayed on your device because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and other display differences.

All products are offered subject to availability.

3. Product Availability

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep inventory information current, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been submitted.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable before it is shipped, The Jacket Hawk may cancel the affected order.

When payment has already been collected for an unavailable product, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Website Information and Accuracy

We work to keep the information published on our website accurate, including product details, images, descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability.

Despite these efforts, occasional typographical errors, technical issues, outdated information, or other inaccuracies may occur.

We reserve the right to correct or update information when necessary and, where appropriate, cancel an order affected by an error.

If an order is cancelled because of an error on our website, any payment already collected for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Prices and product information may be changed from time to time without advance notice. Once an order has been successfully submitted and payment has been accepted, the price confirmed at checkout will generally apply to that order.

An exception may apply where an obvious pricing, technical, or system error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed.

Payments are handled through secure third-party payment processors.

The Jacket Hawk does not directly store your complete credit or debit card details.

6. Order Review and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes a purchase request and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, fraud prevention, security, and other operational requirements.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Payment authorization problems.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the eligible amount will be returned through the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% restocking or processing fee may be deducted from the applicable refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is generally no longer available.

Approved cancellation refunds will be handled according to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to the terms described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders are generally prepared within 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated transit period of 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as general estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, transportation issues, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping costs, available destinations, customs charges, delivery restrictions, and other shipping conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the product satisfies all applicable return requirements.

Customized or personalized products may not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

Unless otherwise stated in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are generally processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.
